RANACO group of companies was established in 1984 is recognized as being amongst the pioneer in the maritime and oil & gas industry in Malaysia. Helmed by Captain Dr. Ramlan bin Ramli, RANACO steered to cater the needs of the professionals in this industry. As the International Maritime Organization (IMO) introduced more students to regulate the shipping and maritime industry, Captain Dr. Ramlan realized that there was an urgent needs to provide appropriate education and training to improve and enhance the competency levels of the players in the industry.
RANACO offers education and training ranging from diploma and degree programs as well as industrial and competency, certification in the fields of Maritime, Offshore, Occupational Safety & Health, Hospitality, Logistics and Accountancy.

Ranaco Education and Training Institute (RETI) was registered under the Private Higher Institution Act 1996 and is officially endorsed by Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia.
RETI is a specialized institute and the distinguishing factor from other institutes in the region is that RETI focuses on certain major courses that are specially designed to meet the specific demands of the various industries within the region.
RETI’s diploma courses are specially designed and tailor-made to the alignment of specialized knowledge and industrial Ranaco Education And Training Institute customization. Thus students will be armed with a strong foundation to meet the challenges of the corporate world.

Ranaco Marine Sdn Bhd (RMSB) was founded in 1984 has a strong reputation in offering industrial high industries in the Marine, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Hospitality and other sectors. Over the years, RMSB has been entrusted by reputable clients such as oil majors, production sharing contractors and owners, petrochemical plant and government authorities.
In construing the needs of our clients, we have a well established service station located at the prestigious world class Offshore Supply Base Kemaman, Terengganu, Malaysia that cater to the needs of petrochemical, port and offshore activities in the east coast of west Malaysia. RMSB trusts in that we believe that our client’s satisfaction is the most important priority ever after.
During the last 28 years of operations, RMSB has developed its capabilities and experiences to undertake major education, training and assessment assignments of sizeable values.
